Sisal, woven surfaces, and wooden frames.

Cat scratcher buying guide for pet retailers

Compare surfaces, shapes and replacement options before requesting a wholesale quote.

Sisal rope

Rope is wrapped around a ball or post to form a fibrous scratching surface.

Remove loose debris gently and inspect the rope, fastenings and frame for wear. Ask for the selected model’s care instructions before washing.

Corrugated board & outer shells

Exposed corrugated edges form the scratching surface. Cat-house shells may use board materials, including density board.

Keep corrugated board dry. Inspect the surface for peeling and loose pieces. Check whether a removable core is available for the exact design.

Coiled rope & woven mats

Coiling builds a surface in rows; weaving interlaces strands. Selected products combine sisal with fabric or foam.

Check the whole construction, including the base and edge. A sisal label does not mean every component is sisal or that the piece can be soaked.

What to include in your enquiry

Choose the exact design and size. Include quantity per option and the delivery country. Ask us to confirm MOQ, sample costs, carton dimensions, packing and lead time.

Replacement parts are model-specific. A replacement ball or bed surface does not include the complete frame. Confirm compatibility before ordering.
